Micky advises a diverse range of public and private companies and investors on a variety of corporate matters such as private equity, public offerings of Israeli companies on international and local markets, M&A, takeovers, partnerships and other joint ventures involving parties from a number of jurisdictions.

Micky has a particular expertise with respect to Israeli companies traded on the London Stock Exchange – both the official list and the AIM market. As part of this practice Micky has advised on initial and secondary offerings of shares, on demergers of companies, on dual listings of shares on the London and Tel-Aviv exchanges and on hostile takeover challenges.

In addition, Micky also advises companies in the technology sector (IT, communications, life sciences) on a wide variety of matters, with special emphasis on intellectual property related transactions, including R&D projects, cross-border joint developments (in conjunction with funding from multinational R&D foundations), as well as manufacturing, licensing, distribution and sale of software and hardware products and medical devices. Micky’s advice to technology companies also covers HR related aspects, including employment agreements, option and bonus incentive plans and intellectual property related aspects of employment.
