Adv. Moti Rivkind is a senior lawyer in the firm’s Tenders and Projects Department.
Moti has extensive experience in the field of tenders, infrastructure, and administrative law. He advises both public and private clients in a wide range of sub-sectors and engagements.
As part of his work, Moti provides comprehensive legal advice throughout all stages of tenders, competitive procedures, and engagements. He guides clients from the preliminary stage of designing the terms of the tender, to dealing with all accompanying issues and phases and assisting in the execution and contracting with the winning bidder.
In this context, Moti has gained unique expertise in the areas of complex technological systems, construction and infrastructure, goods and services, “labor-intensive” tenders, and more.
In addition, Moti provides legal advice on drafting contractor agreements in the construction and infrastructure field, as well as offers project support services for private and public bodies. Before joining the firm, Moti served as a partner at a leading firm in the field.
