Meital Rachim Bachar
Meital represents public and private companies, entrepreneurs, contractors, and tenants in urban renewal projects.
Meital provides legal advice from the inception of an agreement until completion of the project and registration of rights. In this framework, she counsels on negotiations between the entrepreneur and the tenants, reporting to the tax authorities, dealings with the planning and licensing authorities, bank financing, the issuance of permits, and amendments to joint residence orders.
Meital regularly guides dozens of urban renewal projects across the country and provides comprehensive legal advice throughout all stages of a transaction.
Meital represents private landowners, tenants, and companies in sale and purchase agreements (including before the tax authorities), combination deals, leasing agreements, partnership agreements, financing and loan agreements, commercial real estate, and buyer groups.
She also handles the registration of condominiums and the registration of ownership in residential projects and more.

Event: Urban Renewal
Our office hosted today an event on urban renewal. The event dealt with the 2019 review of the field and projections for 2020. Elder Adato and Meital Rahim Bachar from our Real Estate Department provided an overview of the new amendments. We also hosted the chairman of the Urban Renewal Authority and held an expert panel.
