Adv. Rami Spector has joined our law firm as a special of counsel.
Rami has experience advising some of the largest and leading public companies in Israel, including representing these companies in processes before various regulators, such as the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
He represents clients in complex transactions, including the purchase and sale of shares or assets, mergers, financing transactions, and more, as well as in the execution of and/or preparation of clients for due diligence processes.
In addition, Rami provides legal assistance to clients throughout all stages of the execution of capital and debt issuances on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and private equity and debt issuances in Israel and abroad. He counsels on conducting issuances according to the A144 Rule, takeover bids, controlling shareholder transactions, compensation policies, compensation plans, employee options, and internal enforcement plans.
Rami possesses extensive experience assisting clients in preparing the various reports companies and public partnerships are required to submit in accordance with Israel’s Securities Law and related regulation, as well as in managing a company’s secretariat.
