Israeli Registrar of Amutot Eases Reporting Obligations for Amutot and Public Benefit Companies (PBCs)

Following the guidelines issued by the Israeli Corporations Authority (ICA) in March 2020, easing the annual reporting dates that apply to Amutot and PBCs, in light of the coronavirus outbreak in Israel, the ICA has now issued updated guidelines on the annual reporting dates.

The annual reporting date for 2019 required according to law will be postponed to August 31, 2020.

The schedules set in the extension arrangement compatible with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPA) in Israel will also be postponed accordingly.

The date for filing annual reports for 2019 by Amutot that have received a certificate of proper management for 2021 (as part of the Israeli Registrar of Amutot’s “Two-Year Proper Management” policy) will be postponed to August 31, 2020, or until the third extension date, in accordance with the foregoing extension arrangement established with the ICPA (October 25, 2020).
