Ariella, originally from England, advises local and international private and public companies, corporate ventures, private equity and venture capital funds, startups, and entrepreneurs.
Ariella’s clients are engaged in a wide range of high-tech activities, including life science, medical devices, digital health, mobility, blockchain, IOT, financial services, and cybersecurity, as well as data centers and low-tech industries.
Ariella skillfully guides her clients in drafting and negotiating multi-layered corporate and commercial agreements, establishing strategic partnerships, raising capital, undertaking complex cross-border mergers and share and asset acquisitions, and preparing distribution, franchise, licensing, manufacturing, and supply agreements—all while considering each client’s unique commercial concerns.
Prior to joining Barnea, Adv. Ariella Dreyfuss served as a research assistant to Professor Daphne Barak-Erez (current Supreme Court Justice) and as a foreign clerk to former Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch.

Adv. Ariella Dreyfuss, a partner in the firm's International Commercial Department, along with Adv. Dean Weinberg, represented Henkel in its strategic investment in the Israeli predictive maintenance startup Feelit Technologies.
Barnea: Representing ARM in an Investment Round in proteanTecs
The startup proteanTecs has completed a funding round, securing investment from some of the most prominent players in the semiconductor industry. Our firm, through Adv. Ariella Dreyfuss and Adv. Tamar Greenstein, advised Arm, alongside White & Case, in this round. Other participants included Samsung Catalyst Fund and Siemens.
