The Tax Department team take part in cutting-edge legal work in the field of taxation, including advising on complex and multidisciplinary transactions and creating tax structures for both leading Israeli and international individuals and corporations.
Additionally, the position involves advising on local and international transactions from various tax perspectives, planning optimal tax structures for companies and individuals, handling international and local taxation, providing ongoing consultation, and supporting tax assessment procedures with the Israel Tax Authority, including managing tax appeals and securing optimal arrangements for clients. The work also involves collaboration with other departments in the firm.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in tax law
- High proficiency in English (written, spoken, and reading)
- Significant advantage for former Israel Tax Authority employees and/or holders of a CPA license
Capital Markets Lawyer
The Capital Markets Department provides legal support to public companies on all regulatory matters, including guiding acquisitions and/or mergers involving public companies, providing legal counsel to boards of directors, participating in board and committee meetings, preparing immediate and periodic reports, drafting prospectuses, managing the legal operations of equity and debt fundraising, representing clients vis-a-vis the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and more.
We are looking for a lawyer with 1–3 years of experience advising public companies and/or counseling on capital markets law.
M&A Lawyer
The position entails representing leading international companies, investment funds, and foreign corporations in the execution of acquisition transactions and investments in Israeli companies.
The work includes managing and leading negotiations, drafting various transaction agreements (such as share purchase agreements, asset purchases, investment contracts, financing agreements, etc.), and guiding investors in the acquisition process.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in the field (M&A experience is mandatory)
- A very high level of English (95% of the work is in English)

Experienced High-Tech Lawyer
The position includes providing ongoing representation and support to entrepreneurs and startup companies in commercial and corporate aspects of the law, including the handling of investment transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, the position involves representing clients, managing negotiations, drafting various agreements and working in tandem with professional teams.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in the field (experience with representing startups is mandatory)

Litigation Lawyer
Our Litigation Department represents local and international corporations and businesspersons in complex commercial litigation, including derivative suits, class actions, and corporate disputes.
Legal services begin with the formulation of a legal strategy in the preliminary stages of the case, and continue through the drafting of pleadings and representation before the court until the end of the legal process, including dispute resolution by way of arbitration or mediation.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience
- High-level English and experience working with international clients

The Real Estate Department specializes in providing legal counsel to clients in real estate transactions and projects from a wide range of fields, including commercial real estate (income producing), residential real estate, including urban renewal, financing transactions, etc. The team’s clients include some of the largest and most significant real estate companies and entrepreneurs in the economy.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in the real estate field
- Experience advising on real estate transactions, providing legal counsel to entrepreneurs in urban renewal projects, representing clients in sales agreements (including combination schemes and income yielding real estate), representing clients and managing negotiations for financing agreements and rental agreements, registration of rights in real estate, and providing ongoing counsel in construction projects until the stage of occupancy
