Daniel is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department.
Adv. Daniel Kleinman provides legal counsel to a variety of fledgling corporations during their routine business activities and throughout all stages of mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions.
Daniel is experienced in advising on corporate law matters and in drawing up a wide range of commercial agreements, including purchase agreements, investment agreements, founders’ agreements, shareholders’ agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, and more.
In addition, Daniel has experience providing legal services and counsel to third-sector organizations (amutot and public benefit companies) in relation to the corporate and regulatory aspects of those organizations and in relation to their routine activities. This includes drafting donation agreements, assisting in obtaining certificates of proper management, and aiding in obtaining official recognition as a public institution from the Israel Tax Authority.
