Barnea Represents Leading Israeli Restaurant Group in Shareholder Dispute
Our firm represented one of Israel’s leading restaurant groups in a dispute between its controlling shareholder and a minority shareholder. Adv. Zohar Lande, Adv. Daniel Kleinman, and Adv. Asaf Glazner advised the group on negotiating a resolution that brought the dispute to an end. Under the resulting transaction, the controlling shareholder and another shareholder acquired the minority shareholder’s entire stake in the group, based on a valuation of approximately ILS 44 million.
Barnea Represents Car Safety Company in Industrial Espionage Lawsuit

D-Lock alleges that SafeCar engaged in industrial espionage, filed baseless lawsuits, and threatened D-Lock's managers and service providers in an effort to prevent its entry into the market.

Adv. Zohar Lande, Adv. Moran Bickel, and Adv. Asaf Glasner are representing an American businessman in a ILS 20 million lawsuit against Moshe Hogeg, Adi Sheleg, Singulariteam, and additional defendants. The plaintiff claims the defendants prompted him to invest in a cryptocurrency venture called Stox, which did not really exist, and fraudulently pocketed the investment funds.
