US company ADM has completed its acquisition of a controlling stake in Israeli company Industries Centers EOD, which imports and markets animal feed, processes seeds, and stores emergency inventory for the state. High Court Issues Interim Order on Channel 20’s Winning Bid for Knesset Channel

RGE, represented by Adv. Zohar Lande, Adv. Ronen Reingold, and Adv. Adi Shoham, petitioned the High Court of Justice to challenge the results of the tender to operate the new Knesset Channel. RGE sought an interim order preventing an agreement with Channel 20, the winning bidder. At today’s hearing, the court granted the interim order, putting the tender results on hold.

Today, the Tel Aviv District Court granted Mana’s application for a temporary attachment of the proceeds received by the company from the sale.
