The Administrative Enforcement Committee of the Israel Securities Authority (ISA) approved an administrative enforcement agreement between the ISA, Kitov Pharma Ltd., and a few of its officers. According to the agreement, which concludes the criminal investigation by the ISA, the company and its officers will pay a monetary sanction. Our firm represented the company and its CEO in the process.

Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Espresso Club

The Supreme Court rejected all claims brought by Nespresso and Nestle against our client, Espresso Club, over an advertisement featuring a George Clooney look-alike. The companies alleged that the advertisement infringed their intellectual property rights, but the Court ruled in favor of Espresso Club. The decision marks a significant ruling on commercial advertising content. Espresso Club was represented by Adv. Zohar Lande, head of our Litigation Department.
