Infrastructure / Dispute Resolution
Infrastructure and energy projects are highly complex and operate in a constantly evolving reality. As a result, disputes involving significant financial stakes are an inherent feature of many projects in this field.
Our firm’s Infrastructure and Project Finance Department has unique expertise in managing construction and infrastructure disputes.
The department supports projects from their inception, through the tender stage and execution phase, and through to completion.
Our legal advice helps clients reduce the many risks that may arise during a project and, where possible, prevent disputes before they develop. When conflicts cannot be avoided, we represent clients effectively in a wide range of litigation proceedings. We appear before courts throughout Israel, in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, including ICC and LCIA arbitrations, and in other alternative dispute resolution processes.
Dispute resolution in the infrastructure sector requires a high degree of expertise and specialized knowledge, combining strong litigation capabilities, a deep understanding of project processes, and hands-on experience with the engineering and commerical aspects of infrastructure projects.
