Adv. Ori Rodriguez provides ongoing legal advice to Israeli and foreign companies on the regulatory and commercial matters pertaining to their activities in Israel.
As part of his work, Ori assists clients in various aspects of financial regulation, such as regulated financial services, payment services, credit data, consumer protection, e-commerce, equal rights for people with disabilities, supervision of goods and services, trademarks and copyrights, licensing for cannabis businesses, and more.
In addition, Ori provides legal opinions on a variety of subjects to both foreign companies seeking to operate in Israel and Israeli companies seeking to operate abroad.

Advising Summa Technologies on Obtaining Financial Services License
We guided Summa Technologies, which operates in the field of open banking, in obtaining a financial information services license from the Israel Securities Authority. Summa is the seventh company in Israel to receive this license. Anat Even-Chen, Elad Reshtick, and Ori Rodriguez represented the client in this matter.
Foreign Direct Investments in Israel
