Noemie Amar

Adv. Noemie Amar provides ongoing counsel to clients on all aspects of employment law and represents them in various proceedings before the labor courts, as well as in proceedings before the Ministry of Economy and Industry and other government authorities.

In her role, Noemie is responsible for providing comprehensive employment law advice. She prepares consultant, contractor, and employment agreements; counsels both employees and employers; advises on non-compete and confidentiality clauses; and provides legal support with regard to the labor law aspects of complex merger and acquisition transactions.

Noemie also handles litigation disputes and represents clients in various legal forums and courts.
