Shaked advises moshavim, kibbutzim, and cooperative societies on a broad range of real estate and commercial matters in Israel’s cooperative and rural settlement sector.

As part of her practice, Shaked advises clients on their day-to-day operations, including regulatory and tax reporting, drafting bylaws, regularizing land use, and applying for non-conforming (special) land-use permits.

She also represents clients before the Israel Land Authority and provides legal support for complex commercial projects, including transactions involving the rezoning of agricultural land for commercial and employment purposes.
