She offers a wide range of legal services in the field commercial and corporate law, advising high-tech, technology, and startup companies at all stages of their development, beginning from company formation. She drafts founders’ agreements, service agreements, and commercial contracts, offers legal support during investment and M&A transactions, and provides clients ongoing corporate support.
