Daniel Shlomovitz
Daniel is a member of the firm’s Private Clients Department.
Within the scope of her practice, Daniel handles various aspects of real estate transactions, for instance tax matters. She represents clients in numerous realty transactions, including both lease agreements and the purchase and sale of residential apartments and/or income-producing properties.
Daniel also provides legal counsel to local and foreign clients in the planning, management, and preservation of family capital. She drafts financial agreements, as well as prepares and maintains wills.
Daniel completed her internship at Barnea.

Everything to Know about the Purchase Tax Hike on Israeli Real Estate Investors
Earlier this month, the Israeli Ministry of Finance approved the outline for a hike to the purchase tax imposed on real estate investors, once again, to tax brackets of 8% and 10%. The Ministry of Finance has since updated that the purchase tax hike will take effect on Sunday, November 28. The ministry’s goal with this move is to “dissuade” investors from purchasing investment apartments and lower the demands in the residential housing market.
