Avi Dushnik

Avi specializes in commercial, corporate, and securities law. He advises public and private companies on complex investment transactions and provides ongoing legal counsel across a range of industries, including industrials, investment, real estate, services, technology, energy, and infrastructure.

Avi has extensive experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, financing, and fundraising transactions. He also represents clients in shareholder disputes and control contests involving both private and public companies.

Avi regularly advises public companies and their management teams and boards of directors on corporate and securities law, corporate governance, committee matters, and complex related-party transactions. His work includes providing legal opinions, preparing stock exchange reports, and drafting enforcement procedures, compensation policies, dividend policies, and other corporate documents.

Avi has significant expertise in prospectus-based public offerings and extensive experience working with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He also has particular expertise in representing underwriters in public offerings and advising on transactions involving the transfer of operations into public shell companies.

Before joining Barnea Jaffa Lande in 2026, Avi served for several years as managing partner and head of the corporate department at a boutique firm. Previously, he was a senior partner at a large law firm for many years.
