Asaf assists in representing clients in commercial disputes, derivative claims, and class actions. He helps provide representation before a variety of courts, including during mediation and arbitration proceedings.
The legal proceedings Asaf is involved in include commercial contractual disputes, real estate contractual disputes, digital currency disputes, shareholders’ disputes, intellectual property disputes, enforcement proceedings, and more.

The plaintiff claims the defendants prompted him to invest in a cryptocurrency venture called Stox, which did not really exist, and fraudulently pocketed the investment funds.
