Gabi Hake

Gabi is one of Israel’s leading securities lawyers, with extensive experience advising on hundreds of offerings by leading companies in Israel’s capital market and in the European and US capital markets.

Gabi represents clients in matters involving commercial law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and banking law, finance, high-tech, and EU law. He also has particular expertise in managing international transactions.

In addition, Gabi maintains extensive working relationships with regulatory authorities and investment banks in Israel and abroad.

In his practice, Gabi advises private companies transitioning to public status, including through capital raising and the listing of securities for trading. He also assists with the establishment of companies, partnerships, and venture capital funds, and represents clients before regulatory bodies, including the Israel Securities Authority, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and the Israel Competition Authority. Gabi also advises on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, acquisitions of control, and going-private transactions involving public companies.

Gabi joined Barnea Jaffa Lande in 2026 after serving as a partner at DLE & Co. Previously, he was a senior partner for several decades at Zeligman & Co. and later Goldfarb Zeligman, one of Israel’s largest and leading law firms.
