Joshua Kleinman

Joshua specializes in a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, trusts, construction and development agreements, long-term leases with the Israel Land Administration, partnerships for purchases of assets, and financing.

Joshua represents his clients before all levels of courts in Israel, as well as in arbitration proceedings. In addition, he has served as an official receiver on behalf of the court in liquidation proceedings.

Joshua boasts extensive experience in the complex area of eviction law, and was involved in the eviction of the Argazim neighborhood in Tel Aviv.

Joshua has served as a director in public companies, like Ofek Rehsim Investments and Development, and as a member of the legislation committee for taxes at the Israel Bar Association.
