Tomer Kasher

Adv. Tomer Kasher represents clients in commercial, civil, and administrative disputes before various courts and tribunals, including in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

His experience includes class actions, corporate and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, real estate disputes, and other monetary claims. He also has extensive and diverse experience in administrative litigation.

Prior to joining Barnea, Tomer worked in the litigation department of a leading Israeli law firm. He also gained experience working alongside a prominent Israeli arbitrator in arbitration proceedings conducted under his supervision.

In addition, Tomer has hands-on experience as a commercial attorney. This broad strategic perspective enables him to develop creative and effective solutions for his clients.
