Amiel Leibovich

Amiel provides ongoing legal counsel to public and private companies in the fields of securities law, corporate law and commercial law, and has experience advising public companies and reporting corporations on a broad range of legal matters relating to their ongoing operations and activity in the Israeli capital markets.

Amiel advises public companies and reporting corporations on, among other things, the preparation of periodic and immediate reports, prospectuses and shelf prospectuses, corporate secretarial work, the ongoing support of management, boards of directors and board committees, corporate governance matters, and ongoing interactions with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

In addition, Amiel advises on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, and the drafting and negotiation of investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements. Amiel currently also advises on initial public offerings (IPOs) and equity and debt financings.

Prior to joining the firm, Amiel practiced in the fields of corporate law and capital markets at leading law firms. Earlier in his career, he served as Assistant to the Deputy Mayor of Petah Tikva and as spokesperson for the Council for Cable and Satellite Broadcasting.

Additionally, Amiel serves as a member of the Audit Committee of Hapoel Petah Tikva Football Club.
