Shay is an associate in our firm's Corporate Department.

Adv. Shay Morhaim specializes in corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience advising corporations, including private and public companies, high-tech companies, investment firms, entrepreneurs, and businesspeople from a wide range of commercial sectors, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and other complex commercial transactions, both in Israel and abroad.

 

Shay provides ongoing legal counsel to entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and corporations from various business and strategic areas, at every stage of the corporate life cycle. His counsel covers a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including founders’ agreements, company formation, fundraising, financing, commercial agreements, and ongoing corporate counsel.

 

As part of his role, Shay guides clients in drafting commercial agreements, including founders’ agreements, shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements, purchase and investment agreements, loan agreements, service agreements, management agreements, and more.

 

Prior to joining our firm, Shay worked at a leading law firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions.

HIPER Global Acquires EPS Technologies

HIPER Global will acquire 100% of the shares of Israeli company EPS Technologies for approximately ILS 60 million, with an additional contingent consideration mechanism of up to ILS 42 million. EPS will continue its operations as usual following completion. Adv. Ilan Blumenfeld, Adv. Shay Morhaim, and Adv.
