Yarden Refua
Adv. Yarden Refua is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Department.
Yarden advises Israeli and international corporations on a wide range of competition and antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, dominance and monopolies, restrictive arrangements, joint ventures, and concentration groups.
She also represents clients in administrative and criminal investigations conducted by the Israel Competition Authority, as well as in related hearings, and specializes in civil and administrative litigation.
During her legal studies, Yarden participated in a practical training program at the Be’er Sheva Magistrate’s Court and spent a year volunteering at the Social Rights Legal Aid Clinic at Sapir College.
Yarden joined the firm in 2026 after completing her internship at the Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office (Civil Division).
