Tohar Rubinstein

Adv. Tohar Rubinstein is an associate in the firm’s insolvency and corporate recovery practice.

Tohar’s practice focuses on advising clients on matters relating to insolvency, debt restructuring, and corporate rehabilitation. His work includes handling liquidation proceedings and advising corporations in distressed situations, as well as representing clients in matters concerning the liability of officeholders and shareholders.

Tohar also has experience working on insolvency proceedings with international aspects, including Chapter 11 proceedings in the United States and cross-border recognition proceedings.

Tohar represents companies, creditors, and officeholders, and provides support in cases involving broad commercial, financial, and legal issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Tohar completed his internship at another leading law firm.
