Diana provides counsel on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including intellectual property-related issues, commercial agreements, shareholders’ agreements, development and manufacturing agreements, license agreements, service agreements, and purchase and investment agreements. She also advises clients throughout merger and acquisition transactions.
