Our firm represents VR Capital Group, headed by Richard Deitz, one of the owners of Maccabi Tel Aviv Basketball Club, in a claim for approximately USD 2.5 million against Guy Harel and ENDVR MTA, headed by Jason Levien. The claim concerns a transaction to acquire shares in the club. VR Capital Group alleges that the defendants’ actions violated the shareholders’ agreement, induced other shareholders to breach it and infringed its right of first refusal.
