Adv. Omer Ungar advises local and international clients on a variety of issues in the field of infrastructure and provides legal support to individuals and companies in a wide range of civil, commercial, and administrative cases before all levels of Israel’s courts. Additionally, he represents clients in business and civil disputes across all areas of commercial law.
Before joining the firm, Omer interned at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Taxation and Economy). He took part in a number of cases of public and legal importance in the field of economic criminal law.

Barnea: Representing Bareket in NIS 20 Million Lawsuit
Shai Avnieli and Omer Ungar are representing Bareket in a lawsuit the construction company Longshine has filed against it. Longshine, which served as the main contractor in a project initiated by Bareket, was nine months late in delivery of the project. As a result, Bareket deducted approximately NIS 10 million from the construction account.
