Adv. Shuki Sedley represents domestic and international companies, startups, and entrepreneurs in capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and a broad range of commercial transactions.
Shuki provides comprehensive legal services across various aspects of commercial and corporate law to high-tech, energy, and technology companies, as well as start-ups. He advises from the early stages of company formation, including founders’ agreements, services agreements, and commercial agreements, through investment transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as on ongoing corporate matters.
Before joining our firm, Shuki completed his internship in the corporate department of a leading Israeli law firm.

Barnea: Representing Doral LLC in a USD 525 Million Guarantee Facility
Doral Renewables LLC has signed agreements for the provision of guarantee facilities totaling approximately USD 525 million to support the development of large-scale solar energy projects. The guarantee framework will be provided by a group of international financiers led by Howden, a global insurance broker, with the support of the company’s Israeli shareholders, Doral Group and Migdal Group. The Israeli shareholders were represented by Adv. Samuel Henri Samuel, Adv. Daniel Adler, and Adv. Yehoshua Sedley from our firm’s International Commercial Department.
