Noy Zilberman

Noy Zilberman is an associate in the firm's Regulation Department.

Noy provides legal and regulatory counsel to companies and organizations in Israel across the private, public, and third sectors, as well as to international companies, on a broad range of matters involving compliance with Israeli law. She addresses regulatory challenges and helps develop legal and regulatory solutions tailored to clients’ needs and business activities.

 

As part of her practice, Noy advises on complex regulatory matters, including preparing legal opinions, developing compliance programs, and handling regulatory and legislative proceedings before government ministries and other authorities. This includes hearings, licensing procedures, implementation of legislative changes, secondary legislation, and government directives.

 

In addition, Noy specializes in advising on transactions in the communications and competition fields, particularly those requiring regulatory approval.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Noy practiced in regulation and competition at a leading law firm in Israel.
