Shira Zilka Horesh

Adv. Shira Zilka Horesh advises corporations and individuals on complex, multifaceted litigation matters across all areas of commercial law. She represents clients before various judicial forums, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Shira counsels clients in legal proceedings arising from commercial and civil disputes, including corporate control struggles and shareholder disputes, complex economic claims, and class actions.

During her academic studies, Shira co-authored the bestseller Without a Robe: Conversations with Supreme Court Justices, published by Yedioth Books. Shira also interned at the New York Supreme Court, serving in the chambers of Justice Martin Shulman.

Shira completed her legal internship at the Central District Attorney’s Office (Civil).

Prior to joining the firm, Shira served as in-house legal counsel at an institutional body and practiced as an associate at other leading law firms.
