The position includes ongoing representation and support of entrepreneurs and startup companies in commercial and corporate aspects of the law, including the handling of investment transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, the position includes managing and leading clients, managing negotiations, drafting various agreements and working in tandem with professional teams.

 

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in the field (experience in representing startups is mandatory).

            A major part of the department’s activity is in the provision of legal support on real estate transactions and complex business ventures, amongst them – transactions involved in the change of designation from agricultural land to that of commercial activity and trade, renewable energy and infrastructure transactions.

            Requirements:

            • Experience of at least two years in the field of energy transactions in relation to agricultural land
