The position includes ongoing representation and support of entrepreneurs and startup companies in commercial and corporate aspects of the law, including the handling of investment transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, the position includes managing and leading clients, managing negotiations, drafting various agreements and working in tandem with professional teams.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in the field (experience in representing startups is mandatory).
- English at a very high level (95% of the work is in English).
- Graduate of a recognized university.
Attorney for the Capital Market Department
The department provides legal support to public companies in various fields of activity. In addition, it also supports distinguished clients in Israel in the sheltered housing sector and is engaged in providing day to day legal advice as well as on transactions, in the field.
We are looking for an attorney for a position that includes handling commercial transactions, including, inter alia, transactions with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in the real estate and/or commercial field.
- High interpersonal ability in negotiating with clients.
Litigation Lawyer
Our Litigation Department represents local and international corporations and businesspersons in complex commercial litigation, including derivative suits, class actions, and corporate disputes.
Legal services begin with the formulation of a legal strategy in the preliminary stages of the case, and continue through the drafting of pleadings and representation before the court until the end of the legal process, including dispute resolution by way of arbitration or mediation.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years’ experience
- High-level English and experience working with international clients
- Experience working in a large firm – an advantage
Attorney for the Real Estate Department
The department specializes in representing and providing legal counsel to clients in real estate transactions and projects in a wide range of fields, including commercial real estate (income producing), residential real estate, including urban renewal, financing transactions, etc., and represents many real estate companies and entrepreneurs, of the largest and most significant in the economy.
Requirements:
- Experience of 2-5 years in the field of real estate
- Experience in real estate transactions, providing legal counsel to entrepreneurs in urban renewal projects; representing clients in sales agreements (including combination schemes and income yielding real estate); representing clients and managing negotiations in financing agreements and rental agreements; registration of rights in real estate; ongoing counsel in construction projects until the stage of occupancy
- High level of English
Attorney for the Municipal Sector and Tenders
As part of our activity in the municipal sector, our office provides ongoing services and support to local authorities, including in the areas of planning and construction law, tenders, urban renewal and municipal taxation.
Our tender sector activity in engaged in the facilitation of contracts, and the financing of projects and infrastructure of public and private entities, including inter alia, government ministries, public and private companies, governmental companies, statutory bodies, local authorities, urban corporations and many dual-purpose vehicles.
The work includes, amongst other things, the writing of opinions, the drafting of pleadings (including before appeals committees and courts), work vis a vis the local authority and its professional bodies on a variety of issues (including those which are highly complex and sensitive) as well as in assisting with the submission of tender documents and working vis a vis the bodies to which the department provides services in the field of tender law.
Flexibility in the location of the job may be required (maintaining a presence for several days a month at the client place depending on the need).

Attorney for the Energy Field
The department provides legal and business support to kibbutzim, moshavim, business corporations, cooperative societies and entrepreneurs who are in communication with the relevant bodies in the land occupancy sector such as energy companies.
A major part of the department’s activity is in the provision of legal support on real estate transactions and complex business ventures, amongst them – transactions involved in the change of designation from agricultural land to that of commercial activity and trade, renewable energy and infrastructure transactions.
The energy sector is at the forefront of public and economic discourse in Israel and in the world at large and the occupancy of agricultural land provides the impetus required for Israel to meet its energy independence goal.
Requirements:
- Experience of at least two years in the field of energy transactions in relation to agricultural land
- Candidates with experience in financing energy projects will have an advantage.

The position includes greeting firm guests and clients, answering telephones, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and dealing with messengers and orders. The role also involves providing ongoing administrative support to firm employees.
