Training at Barnea
When you begin your internship, you are assigned to one of the firm’s departments, so that you can train and learn professional skills in a particular practice area and begin working in collaboration with lawyers and partners at the firm. We are seeking an attorney for our Tenders and Projects Department.
The department guides both public and private entities in significant infrastructure projects and tenders. Clients include some of the largest entities in the Israeli economy.
Requirements:
• 1-5 years of experience in infrastructure/commercial/litigation law
• Experience advising on infrastructure projects and conducting tenders – advantage
• Internship at an elite law firm – advantage
• High-level English – advantage
Banking Lawyer
Our Banking Department is seeking a lawyer.
The role includes providing legal counsel on the banking, payments, fintech, and credit spheres, as well as on the regulation relevant to these worlds.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in the banking and/or credit fields
• Good oral and written communication skills, in both Hebrew and English

The position involves providing legal advice on a wide range of issues in the capital markets field. In this role, you will guide various entities active in the capital market, including local and foreign investment houses, stock exchange members, public companies, bid coordinators, investment funds, and more.
This position is suitable for attorneys looking to diversify their areas of practice in the capital markets field.
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience in the capital markets field, with a preference for those who have worked in the capital markets departments of large firms
• High level of English
• Excellent legal abilities
Real Estate Taxation Lawyer
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience
- Excellent legal abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skill in English & Hebrew
- Ability to work independently

Investment Funds Attorney
The work includes providing legal advice on the establishment of funds, as well as examining foreign and Israeli investment funds for institutional investors.
The role requires a deep understanding of investment funds, the ability to quickly learn new areas of law, and lateral thinking.
The work will take place in an international atmosphere, including extensive contact with clients from abroad.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience working with investment funds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Hebrew and English
- Ability to work independently
- English at a very high level
