The legal counseling that we provide to our clients encompasses the preparation and drafting of sale contracts, leases or purchase contracts in relation to private and commercial real estate, sales and purchases of assets in receivership proceedings (including as receivers), representation of public companies in various real-estate transactions, real-estate ventures, registration of condominiums, cooperation agreements, and representation of contractors in transactions relating to expropriations and National Outline Plan 38. The firm also provides legal counseling in relation to the real-estate aspects of infrastructure projects.

Barnea: Representing Kibbutz Shefayim and Yad Hana in Transaction to Sell Land Designated for Logistics Complex
Mivna Group has acquired 50% of the shares of the Yad Hana Homesh Industries Cooperative Association for ILS 140 million. The parties intend to jointly establish an innovative logistics center in a total built-up area of about 100,000 square meters. The client was represented by Advs. Ilan Blumenfeld and Maya Zisser.

Adv. Sagi Gross, Daniel Kleinman, Izabel Pashayev, and Dor Levi-Tam represented Azrieli in an acquisition of Labs from the businessman Teddy Sagi. The workspace complex in the Sharona Tower includes office space, venues hall, a lounge, and a gym. The Labs International network includes several locations around the world including London.

Our firm represented Azrieli Group, the largest income-producing real estate company in Israel, in the acquisition of Mall Hayam for NIS 1.31 billion.
