Mediterranean Towers Expands Operations with ILS 700 Million Senior Living Project
Adv. Dudi Cohen, a partner and head of the firm's Capital Markets Department, and Adv. Omri Oren, a partner in the Capital Markets Department, are advising Mediterranean Towers Ltd. on its successful bid in the Givat Shmuel Municipality tender for the development of a new senior living community. The project, valued at approximately ILS 700 million, is expected to include around 350 residential units, a skilled nursing ward, commercial space, and public facilities, further expanding the company's senior living portfolio in Israel.

IFI & BDO Academy: Company Secretaries Course
We recently took part in the Company Secretaries Course of BDO’s Academy of Finance, in collaboration with the IFI Institute, alongside leading executives and top experts from across the market. As part of the course, we discussed key regulatory issues, including related-party transactions, corporate governance regulation, and securities law. Adv. Omri Oren lectured on the prohibition on the use of inside information, within the context of issues unique to boardroom practice. Adv. Elad Reshtick also participated, addressing periodic financial reporting requirements and legal preparedness for an IPO, covering all relevant legal aspects.
