The Capital Markets Department provides legal counsel and assistance to publicly-traded companies, as well as to companies seeking to offer various financial instruments including shares, rights, options, bonds, tradable securities and digital currencies, on stock exchanges in Israel and abroad.
Our firm has handled a large number of public offerings, including managing the initial planning stages for the offering, selecting the optimal stock exchange for it, and providing all accompanying legal services. These services include the preparation of prospectuses, drafting shelf prospectuses and shelf-offering memoranda, registration of the newly formed companies for trading, and the preparation of all other required documents required by law and regulation.
We work in full cooperation with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and other relevant regulatory authorities, and collaborate with rating companies, stock issue consultants, underwriters, and other institutional entities.
