Adv. Reut Alankri is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department.
Reut represents corporations and individuals in complex and diverse commercial litigation matters before a wide range of judicial forums, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Reut advises clients in legal proceedings related to commercial and civil disputes, including, among others, control battles and shareholder disputes, complex financial claims, insolvency proceedings, contractual and monetary claims, enforcement proceedings, and more.
During her academic studies, Reut served as a research assistant to Prof. Michal Alberstein in the field of legal formalism and as a teaching assistant in the following courses: “Corporate Law” (Dr. Hadas Aharoni-Barak), “Torts in the Family” (Dr. Blaha Kahna), and “Class and Derivative Actions” (Prof. Avi Weinrot). She was awarded the Dean’s Prize for Outstanding Papers, was elected to the Faculty of Law Student Council, and served as team leader at the “Omek” Legislation Center, leading a student team in preparing recommendations and legislative proposals for Knesset members.
Reut completed her internship at one of Israel’s leading law firms, focusing on litigation and commercial law, as well as on the regulatory and corporate aspects of communications and media law.
Prior to joining our firm, she worked as an attorney in the litigation departments of other leading law firms.
