Shahaf Arbely

Shahaf is an associate lawyer in our Corporate Department.

Adv. Shahaf Arbely advises private and public companies, high-tech companies, entrepreneurs, and investors in Israel and abroad in the field of corporate law and a variety of commercial law areas, including merger and acquisition transactions.

As part of her role, Shahaf provides ongoing advice and support to various corporations at all stages of their lifecycle and in various commercial and corporate matters, including founders’ agreements, shareholders’ agreements, service agreements, purchase and investment agreements etc.

Shahaf completed her legal internship at Barnea.
