Bar Ben David

Bar is an attorney in our International Commercial Department.

Adv. Ben-David assists entrepreneurs and startups in various fields, including in fundraising, M&A, and on different commercial transactions.
She provides legal services to local and international high-tech companies at every stage of their development, from company formation, drafting founders’ agreements, service agreements, and on intellectual property matters, to providing ongoing corporate support.

Adv. Ben-David completed her legal internship at Barnea Jaffa Lande & Co.
