Bar Ben David

Bar is an associate in our firm's Corporate Department.

Adv. Ben-David assists entrepreneurs and startups in various fields, including fundraising, M&A, and various commercial transactions.

She provides legal services to local and international high-tech companies at every stage of their development, from company formation, drafting founders’ agreements and service agreements, advising on intellectual property matters, to providing ongoing corporate support.

Adv. Ben-David completed her legal internship at Barnea Jaffa Lande.
