Adv. Eden Cohen specializes in corporate and commercial law and handles a broad spectrum of complex transactions for Israeli and foreign clients.

Eden provides legal services on diverse aspects of commercial and corporate law for various commercial companies, including high-tech companies. She advises on intellectual property issues, commercial agreements, license agreements, service agreements, development and production agreements, internet, technology, privacy protection, and more.

Prior to joining our firm, Eden worked at a leading Israeli law firm.
