Itay is an associate in the firm’s Tax Department.

Adv. Itay Edelstein advises and represents clients on a range of tax matters, including income tax.

And VAT; supports transactions from a tax perspective; and drafts legal opinions and memoranda. Itay also advises on and implements equity incentive plans and employee compensation arrangements, tailoring the relevant tax aspects in the plan documents and related agreements.

Itay completed his internship in the firm’s Tax Department.
