Misha is a partner in the firm's Capital Markets Department.
Adv. Misha Gitterman has over 30 years of experience providing representation in corporate financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and investment transactions, both local and international.
Misha represents private equity funds, venture capital funds, and institutional investors in a wide range of complex transactions.
In addition, Misha represents clients operating in a variety of business areas. He advises on all aspects of their business and corporate activities, with a special emphasis on guiding startups throughout the stages of their development, including and especially with regard to raising private and public funding.
Misha also has special expertise in representing investors and technology ventures for the elderly. Along with his rich legal experience, Misha worked for many years as a senior manager in an investment and public holding company and as a director in private and public companies. Misha is a member of the National Board of Directors, elected by the Government Companies Authority.

Barnea: Representing Azrieli Group in ILS 855 Million Acquisition
Our firm represented Azrieli Group in its acquisition of a 67% controlling stake in Zemach Hammerman, a complex transaction valued at approximately ILS 855 million. The deal was executed through a reverse triangular merger. Azrieli Group was advised by Advs. Micky Barnea, Misha Gitterman, and Tal Freilich, with additional support from our Real Estate, Employment, and Capital Markets Departments.
Represented Viola Group in a ILS 28 Million Transaction
We represented Viola Group, a leading Israeli technology investment group, in a ₪28 million transaction in which it sold its holdings in Gaan Holdings, a prominent Israeli company operating through subsidiaries in retail, logistics, and financial services. Adv. Michael Barnea, the firm’s Managing Partner, together with Advs. Misha Gitterman and Tal Freilich Hai, led the transaction to closing.
