Misha Gitterman

Misha is a partner in the firm’s Finance and Public Corporations Department.

Adv. Misha Gitterman has over 25 years of experience providing representation in corporate financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and investment transactions, both local and international.

 

Misha represents private equity funds, venture capital funds, and institutional investors in a wide range of complex transactions.

 

In addition, Misha represents clients operating in a variety of business areas. He advises on all aspects of their business and corporate activities, with a special emphasis on guiding startups throughout the stages of their development, including and especially with regard to raising private and public funding.

 

Misha also has special expertise in representing investors and technology ventures for the elderly. Along with his rich legal experience, Misha worked for many years as a senior manager in an investment and public holding company and as a director in private and public companies. Misha is a member of the National Board of Directors, elected by the Government Companies Authority.
