Yarden Krief

Adv. Yarden Krief specializes in commercial and corporate litigation and both complex domestic and international dispute resolution.

Yarden represents clients in legal proceedings involving various types of disputes, including derivative suits, shareholder disputes, corporate control battles, contractual disputes, and international arbitration procedures.

Yarden completed his LL.B at the College of Management Academic Studies. During his studies, Yarden participated in an honors delegation that was selected to study for the summer semester at Oxford University and at Queen Mary University.

Yarden also serves as a teaching assistant in various courses at the Srtiks Law Faculty of the College of Management Academic Studies such as Corporate Law to Prof. Orit Fischman-Afori, and Competition Law to Judge (retired) Dr. Iris Soroker). Additionally, he works as a teaching assistant in the dual B.A and L.L.B program at Reichman University.

Prior to joining the firm, Yarden interned at a leading law firm, worked as a legal intern at the Israel Securities Authority, and served as a research assistant in the Law Faculty at the College of Management Academic Studies in the fields of Taxation Law, Competition Law and Securities Law.
