Raz provides legal representation and assistance to private and public companies throughout their development stages and supplies them with ongoing legal assistance in respect of all their activities and commercial matters.

Raz represents leading public companies and assists them in their activities in the Israeli capital market. In this context, Raz provides legal assistance relating to public and private issuances and capital and debt raising, including initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary issuances of securities in Israel.

Raz regularly advises on aspects of corporate governance (including legal assistance to various boards and board committees), interested-party transactions, executive remuneration policies, and mergers and acquisitions. Raz also assists public companies in their interactions with the Israel Securities Authority, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and more.
