Nadine Liv specializes in advising technology companies and large organizations on regulatory matters involving data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance.
Nadine’s experience includes providing regulatory compliance for clients operating in sensitive sectors (defense, finance, and technology), offering legal support during cyber crisis events, drafting internal policies and procedures, and preparing regulatory opinions in both domestic and international contexts.
Prior to joining the firm, Nadine served as VP of Methodology at a cyber crisis management startup, where she led a research team and advised major organizations on cyber threats and regulatory implementation. Before that, she practiced law at one of Israel’s top law firms in the Cyber, Defense Export, and Anti-Money Laundering Department, focusing on defense export controls, sanctions regimes, and corporate ethics compliance.
Nadine brings strong academic and research credentials aligned with her legal work. She has published on cyber and terrorism-related topics and lectures at international conferences. Her doctoral research focused on the legal and ethical implications of brain-computer interfaces, bridging privacy law, human rights, and emerging technologies.
