Liat Mayoni

Liat represents clients in a wide array of complex commercial litigation matters before all levels of courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Her practice encompasses civil and commercial disputes, including control contests and shareholder conflicts, sophisticated financial claims, insolvency and restructuring proceedings, and a wide range of contractual and monetary actions, enforcement matters, and related litigation. She counsels both corporations and individuals. 

Liat completed her legal internship in the litigation department of one of Israel’s leading law firms.
