Shahar is a partner in our firm’s Litigation Department.
Adv. Shahar Poller Atzil represents both Israeli and international corporations and private clients in complex commercial litigation proceedings. She represents clients before all judicial bodies, as well as within the framework of arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Shahar possesses extensive experience in representing clients in complex disputes involving large-scale projects, with an emphasis on real estate and infrastructure. Among her clients are leading companies, entrepreneurs, and contractors.
In addition, Shahar has experience in advising private clients on large-scale family and inheritance disputes, with economic and commercial aspects, as well as cross-border aspects.
Before joining our firm, Shahar worked in the litigation department of a leading Israeli law firm.

Representing Owners of Luxury Tel Aviv Property in Lawsuit Filed against Them
Israeli basketball player Yoni Nir has filed a lawsuit against three women who own a property in the upscale Nahalat Yitzhak neighborhood in Tel Aviv. The lawsuit alleges the women refused to abide by a "binding sale agreement" signed between them for the sale of the property in the amount of NIS 4.9 million together with renovation costs. Our firm’s Daphna Klein and Shahar Poller Atzil are representing the defendants in the case.
