Litigation / Commercial Litigation

Our Litigation Department, headed by Adv. Zohar Lande, represents its clients in complex business disputes,  often involving substantial sums of money.

Commercial litigation involves providing representation in disputes resulting from the business-trade relationship between parties.

We represent both local and international corporations and individuals in complex commercial disputes. Our services range from formulating legal strategy during preliminary stages, drafting statements of claim and defense, and representing clients before the various dispute resolution forums, including in court and during arbitration and mediation proceedings.

The department’s litigation team has extensive experience in advising and representing clients for the resolution of legal issues spanning the entire spectrum of civil and commercial law: contracts, banking, antitrust, securities and corporate law, real-estate disputes, projects and infrastructure disputes and more.

The department also represents its clients in technology-related disputes, including trade secrets, confidentiality agreements and other rights relating to intellectual property.
