Noa is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Adv. Noa Raz specializes in commercial litigation, representing individuals and corporations before a wide range of judicial forums, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Her practice includes advising clients in complex disputes, including derivative actions, shareholder disputes, and other corporate law and corporate governance matters.

Noa completed her internship in the firm’s Litigation Department.
