Eviatar Rich is an associate in the firm’s Privacy, Cyber & Artificial Intelligence Department.

Eviatar advises private and public sector companies and organizations on regulatory challenges in the fields of artificial intelligence, data protection, and information security.

 

Eviatar’s work includes advising on the implementation of Israel’s Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment No. 13), conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and risk assessments, reviewing consent mechanisms and cross-border data transfers, and drafting privacy policies in compliance with Israeli law and international regulations.

 

He also counsels clients on cyber incident preparedness and information security, manages incident response efforts, and represents clients before regulators when necessary.

 

Eviatar completed his legal internship at Barnea.
